I am damn gek kiang. Super underdress and didnt bring winter coat, cos didnt expect the temperature will drop to 4 deg!! 2006 weather was in 10+ degree, cooling. 2008 is chilly... Heng I already wore dress yesterday and wore pants today.

1st day of conference. Everything is ok. =)

Ate some chinese chicken stew rice bought from cafeteria in hall. Not nice... cold.. And..it is expensive! (around S$6+)

Dinner with chinese association at night. Zhang Bo and Annie came to fetch us from hotel and I doze off in car -_-. Btw, all cars in China put covers on their seats. Taxis are covered in white cloth. Annie's car is cover in disneyland cover, cute* Went to Chinese restaurant to eat hairy crab (more info can be read at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_mitten_crab)

Apparently it is the season to eat hairy crab (大閘蟹) now. Heard it is quite expensive for good and big ones.. The ones we ate (1 female, 1 male -males got hairs like velvet on their claws) are around palm size. It is considered big size so equals to quite expensive. I do not know the price since they are the ones who place the orders.

Their 煎饼煎饼/Roti prata which can only be found in restaurants whereas we can easily buy it from coffeeshops. Sugar and abit of pineapple is wrapped in middle. *nice*
Female hairy crab. I didnt take pic of the male hairy crab *busy opening the crab and dipping it with chinese vinegar* We had it with 黄酒 as hairy crab is supposed to be very liang/cooling, thus have to drink 黄酒 to balance the effect.
